• Develop and manage a content calendar aligned with marketing goals.
• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and engage with followers.
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize content for better reach and engagement.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to execute campaigns.
• Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity.
• Plan and execute paid social media campaigns.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or similar role.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Experience creating video and graphic content.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of social media trends and algorithms.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
