Job Description

• We are looking for a Social Media Manager to increase brand awareness through the effective use of social media outlets.
• The successful candidate would be required to drive organic engagement by creating high-quality original content and designs.
• You would also engage influencers, manage our community by responding to comments, messages and oversee our customer service across all platforms..

Responsibilities

• Formulating high-quality novel written and visual content for each social media campaign.
• Working with basic graphics and video design platforms, E.g Canva
• Building a social media presence by maintaining a solid online presence and engaging relevant influencers.
• Responding to comments and messages on each of our accounts.
• Using social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company’s brand.
• Analyzing the company’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy and identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements.
• Researching social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities.
• Overseeing customer service provided via social media.
• Running company social media advertising campaigns, and analyzing data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their objectives with strategic KPIs.

Requirements and skills

• BSc or equivalent Degrees are eligible to apply.
• Social media marketing experience.
• Experience developing social media strategies and executing marketing plans.
• Proven ability to build communities and develop the right voice for each social media platform.
• Understanding of basic graphic and video designs
• Ability to measure the success of campaigns.
• Track record of achieving and surpassing quota.
