Job Summary

• As a Social Media Executive, you will be tasked with developing and implementing strategies that increase our brand awareness across all social media platforms to generate sales revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and post content daily across all our social media platforms.
• Respond to customers' inquiries across all social media platforms and ensure a positive customer service experience.
• Create actionable plans to grow and maintain followers and enhance engagements on the company's Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn pages.
• Oversee the creation and implementation of the monthly social media calendar which includes monthly sales objectives and initiatives.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Marketing, sales, or relevant fields.
• At least 3 years of work experience in social media management with records of achievements.
• Must possess content creation and copywriting skills.
• Must have practical knowledge of social media metrics to drive sales.
• Must be highly creative, and possess graphic designing and video editing skills.
• Must possess customer service skills and be highly efficient in responding to customers' queries.
• Must be persuasive and have solid communication and interpersonal skills.
