Job Description

• We are looking for a creative, proactive, and detail-oriented Content Creator & Social Media Manager to join our team. This role requires strong storytelling skills, trend awareness, and the ability to connect with audiences across multiple platforms.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a content strategy aligned with the company’s marketing goals.
• Generate new content ideas weekly to saty ahead of trends
• Create engaging, high-quality, and original content (graphics, videos, reels, photos, blogs, captions, etc.)
• Write clear and concise captions and cand call-to-actions to suit each social media platforms
• Manage daily posting, scheduling, and engagement across social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, etc.)
• Manage a consistent content calendar
• Collaborate with the sales, e-commerce and customer service teams to ensure content aligns with overall business goals.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years in social media management and content creation
• Minimum qualification: BSc
• Proficiency with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, Inshot, Lightroom etc.).
• Skilled in product photography, videography, and editing.
• Excellent on-camera presence
• Deep understanding of social media trends and platform algorithms
• Creativity, originality, and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, take initiatives, meet deadlines and adapt to changing trends.
• Willing to learn and follow company policies
• Should be willing to work with company long term
• Must reside around Ikeja or its environs.
