Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Social Media/Brand Manager to lead our online presence and brand identity. You will develop and execute social media strategies, drive engagement, and strengthen our brand image across various platforms.

Job Description:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance LampNet's online presence and brand recognition.
• Create engaging and shareable content for various social media platforms, email marketing, microblogs and websites.
• Analyze social media metrics and user data to refine strategies and measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals and lead generation.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging social media platforms to explore new opportunities.
• Maintain and improve LampNet Solutions' brand identity across all digital channels.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications or a related field.
• 2-5 years of social media management and brand development experience 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge with scheduling management and social media analytics tools.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
• Experience with IT Social Media and brand management is a plus 
• Proficiency in graphic design tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of SEO and online advertising is advantageous
