Social /Digital Marketing Manager at Onyx Data Systems

Job Summary:

We're looking for a creative and results-driven digital Media Manager to develop and execute strategies that drive engagement, grow our online community, and convert followers into customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive social & digital media strategies
• Manage and maintain social & digital media presence (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)
• Create and curate high-quality, engaging content (text, images, videos)
• Analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and adjust strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, creative, sales)
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices
• Manage social media advertising budgets and campaigns
• Foster online community engagement and customer service

Requirements:

• 2+ years of social & digital media management experience
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Proven track record of successful social media campaigns
• Excellent content creation, writing, and visual design skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with social & digital media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social)
•  Knowledge of paid social media advertising (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with influencer marketing and partnerships
• Knowledge of email marketing and CRM systems
• Familiarity with graphic design and video editing software
