    Soap Sales Representative

    Job Description

    • We are looking for dynamic, results-driven sales professionals with at least 3 years of experience in selling cosmetics, soaps, toothpaste, oils, or similar personal care products.
    • As a Soap Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of soap products to various clients, including retail stores, distributors, and other potential customers.
    • Your ability to build strong relationships and drive sales will be key to your success.

    Responsibilities

    • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the soap and personal care market.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including retail stores, distributors, and wholesalers.
    • Actively promote and sell our soap products to clients.
    • Achieve sales targets and quotas while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Present product features, benefits, and pricing to customers effectively.
    • Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to understand the latest product offerings and customer trends.
    • Conduct market research to identify competitors and emerging trends.
    • Provide feedback from customers to improve products and marketing strategies.
    • Ensure all sales processes are documented and sales targets are consistently met.
    • Attend trade shows and events to promote products and build brand awareness.
    • You will be required to work on Saturdays as part of your sales strategy.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the cosmetics, soap, toothpaste, or personal care products industry.
    • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
    • Knowledge of the soap and personal care product market is a plus.
    • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
    • Ability to adapt and respond quickly to changes in the market.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    • Previous experience working in a soap manufacturing company or personal care industry.

    Salary and Benefits

    • Competitive base salary starting at N150,000, with negotiable increases based on roles performance.
    • Performance-based bonuses and commission structure.
