SME Officer at Treasures Microfinance Bank

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or any related field with 3 – 6 years’ relevant experience in loan sales, credit marketing, or a similar role within a Microfinance Bank or Financial Institution.
• Proven track record in loan origination, client acquisition, and deposit mobilization.
• Strong understanding of credit analysis, risk assessment, and repayment structures.
• Good knowledge of the local market and target customer segments (particularly salary earners and SMEs).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• High level of integrity, accountability, and result-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet assigned targets.
• Experience in an mfb is an added advantage
