Responsibilities
- Perform electrical troubleshooting, repairs, and installations.
- Conduct plumbing repairs and routine facility maintenance.
- Operate and maintain generators and power backup systems.
- Inspect facility daily and respond quickly to faults.
- Ensure safety compliance and maintain maintenance records.
- Coordinate with external vendors for major repairs.
- Handle minor plumbing issues and escalate major issues.
