The Site Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations of camps or project sites, ensuring effective coordination and management. The role includes overseeing site maintenance, managing site staff, and coordinating with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise site operations, ensuring proper delivery of services to beneficiaries.
Oversee the work of site staff, including maintenance teams and support personnel.
Liaise with camp committees and other partners to address site challenges.
Monitor site infrastructure and report issues for repair.
Implement site management plans, including emergency responses.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in management, engineering, or related field.
2-3 years of experience in camp/site management or humanitarian settings.
