    Site Supervisor

    Job Summary:

    • The Site Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations of camps or project sites, ensuring effective coordination and management. The role includes overseeing site maintenance, managing site staff, and coordinating with stakeholders.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Supervise site operations, ensuring proper delivery of services to beneficiaries.
    • Oversee the work of site staff, including maintenance teams and support personnel.
    • Liaise with camp committees and other partners to address site challenges.
    • Monitor site infrastructure and report issues for repair.
    • Implement site management plans, including emergency responses.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in management, engineering, or related field.
    • 2-3 years of experience in camp/site management or humanitarian settings.
    • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
    • Ability to manage teams and work under pressure.
