Job Description

• Ensures that all services are delivered according to company’s standards, specifications and KPIs.
• Drive, monitor, enhance, and develop business.
• Manage the station's imprestand retire promptly.
• Coordinates operations in accordance with the company’s SOP
• Monitor shipments coming to your station and ensuretimely pick-ups and deliveriesof customers' shipments.
• Implement processes to improve the delivery rate of the station.
• Supervises the activies of the riders and site officers at the site.
• Ensures the site officers daily conduct call audit on customers regarding their shipment.
• Proactively identify potential problems and ensures the situations are resolved as quickly as possible.
• Participates in meetings required by the company and respond promptly to issues regarding your station.
• Ensures timely reconcilation ofCOD payment with riders and remit promptly.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree with 3 - 5 years relevant work experience.
