Site Supervisor at Emjek Group

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee and manage daily operations on our construction sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising on-site staff, coordinating tasks, ensuring safety standards, and maintaining high-quality work in accordance with project timelines and specifications. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Supervise and coordinate activities of construction workers and subcontractors. Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
•  Monitor project progress and report updates to the project manager. Inspect work performed to ensure it meets specifications and quality standards. 
• Manage site logistics, including materials delivery, storage, and inventory. Enforce company policies, procedures, and regulations. 
• Maintain detailed and accurate site records, including daily reports and incident logs.
• Attend site meetings and coordinate with other teams and stakeholders. 
• Address and resolve issues or conflicts that may arise during construction. 
• Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained and safely used.

Requirements:

Education & Experience: 

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building Technology or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in site supervision or construction-related roles. Proven experience managing teams and coordinating with subcontractors. 
• Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents. In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and safety regulations.
