Job Summary

• The Site Supervisor will oversee daily operations at construction sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the required quality standards.
• This role involves coordinating with workers, subcontractors, and suppliers, enforcing safety protocols, and maintaining project schedules and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Site Management: Supervise all on-site activities, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and timelines.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce safety regulations and conduct regular safety inspections to maintain a safe working environment.
• Team Coordination: Manage and direct construction workers, subcontractors, and other site personnel, ensuring effective collaboration.
• Quality Control: Monitor work quality to ensure it meets company standards and client expectations.
• Scheduling: Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks and milestones.
• Resource Management: Coordinate the delivery and use of materials, tools, and equipment to avoid delays.
• Reporting: Provide regular progress reports to the Project Manager and address any issues or delays promptly.
• Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve on-site challenges, escalating complex issues to the Project Manager when necessary.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of daily activities, labor hours, and material usage.

Requirements

• Education: A Degree or certification in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction supervision or a similar role.

Skills:

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and building codes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore) is a plus.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform site inspections.
