Job Description

• Responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning: Reviewing project designs, specifications, and timelines.
• Site Management: Coordinating and supervising construction activities, resolving issues, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Quality Control: Conducting inspections, monitoring progress, and implementing quality assurance measures.
• Safety Management: Implementing and enforcing safety protocols, conducting risk assessments, and investigating incidents.
• Communication: Collaborating with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure effective project execution.
• Problem-Solving: Troubleshooting technical issues, developing solutions, and implementing corrective actions.
• Documentation: Maintaining accurate records, reports, and documentation of project progress and activities.
• Budgeting and Cost Control: Managing project expenses, tracking costs, and ensuring budget adherence.
• Compliance: Ensuring projects meet relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standard

Requirements

• 3+ years of core experience as a Site Supervisor, or a related field.
• Minimum of HND / BSc in Civil Engineering, Building or related field.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• A professional certification is an added advantage
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft office suite.
