Site Supervisor at Amy Consulting

• We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join a reputable architectural and construction firm in Ilorin, Kwara. The role requires practical experience in overseeing daily construction activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations on site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure projects adhere to design plans and specifications
• Monitor work progress, schedules, and quality standards
• Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and project managers to resolve site issues
• Enforce compliance with building codes, health & safety regulations, and company policies
• Conduct site inspections and maintain detailed progress reports
• Manage materials, equipment, and manpower efficiently
• Maintain accurate site documentation, including daily logs and reports
• Identify potential risks and implement corrective measures
• Support and guide junior site staff to ensure smooth execution of tasks
• Ensure timely completion of projects within budget and quality standards

Required Knowledge, Skills & Tools:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel, and other relevant construction management tools
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site safety regulations
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings
• Must reside within close proximity to Ilorin, Kwara

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Site Supervisor in construction or architectural projects
• Proven ability to manage and coordinate multiple teams and projects
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
