Site Manager at Valid-Dreams LTD

Site Manager Job Responsibilities:

• Overseeing, monitoring, and managing the progress of construction projects.
• Ensuring the safety of construction sites by making safety inspections and enforcing safety guidelines and protocols.
• Working cooperatively, liaising with clients and/or potential stakeholders, and updating them on progress.
• Ensuring that contractors and staff/workers are motivated and focused.
• Overseeing and managing budgets throughout construction projects.
• Preparing, coordinating, and writing site reports, drawings, and other necessary documents.
• Schedule payment of workers on site.

Site Manager Requirements: 

• Excellent project management skills, since the job of a construction site manager, requires him or her to complete large-scale projects on time and achieve construction milestones and deliverables.
• Good problem-solving skills, as he or she must tackle and resolve issues that may arise during the construction process.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and learn fast.
• A good SSCE or any other Technical qualification.
• Minimum of a Higher National Diploma in Construction Technology, Quantity Survey or Construction Management
• Minimum of 4 years of work experience in similar positions. 

Work Time: 7:30 am – 6:30 pm (Mondays to Saturdays)
