Responsibilities
Project Oversight:

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on the site. Ensure adherence to project plans, timelines, and specifications.

Team Management:

• Lead, motivate, and manage on-site construction teams.
• Foster a collaborative and efficient working environment.

Quality Control:

• Implement and maintain quality control procedures to meet industry standards. Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship meets expectations.

Safety Compliance:

• Enforce and promote safety protocols on the construction site. Conduct regular safety meetings and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Stakeholders Communication:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders on-site. Provide regular updates on project progress and address concerns.

Resource Management:

• Efficiently manage construction resources, including materials, equipment, and labor.
• Coordinate deliveries and maintain accurate inventory records.

Budget and Cost Control:

• Monitor project costs and implement cost-control measures. Provide input into budgeting and forecasting activities.

Problem Solving: 

• Address and resolve issues that may arise during construction promptly. Implement effective solutions to ensure project continuity.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 1 - 3 years of work experience.
