Job Summary

Alphabait Realty is looking for enthusiastic NYSC members to support site operations and gain practical construction and real estate development experience.

Requirements
- Must be a current NYSC Corps Member.
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or related engineering/construction discipline.
- Basic understanding of construction processes and site supervision.
- Ability to read technical drawings is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an added advantage.
- Strong willingness to learn and work on-site.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist in supervising daily site activities.
- Support site reporting and documentation.
- Assist with quality control inspections.
- Monitor materials usage and site progress.
- Support engineers and project teams in operational activities.
