We are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Site Engineer on a contract basis to supervise and manage day-to-day site activities. The Site Engineer will ensure technical accuracy, quality, safety, and timely execution of construction and interior fit-out works while coordinating with project managers, designers, subcontractors, and site teams.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise on-site works, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and project quality standards.
Provide technical support and guidance to foremen, subcontractors, and site operatives.
Monitor daily progress of works and prepare site activity reports.
Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment to achieve project milestones.
Conduct quality inspections and ensure adherence to HSE policies and standards.
Assist in resolving technical challenges or design discrepancies on-site.
Liaise with architects, designers, and project managers to align execution with project intent.
Support project documentation, including as-built drawings and handover reports.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or related field.
Minimum of 5–7years’ site supervision experience in construction or interior design/fit-out projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and interior finishing works.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and site/project management software.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Less than 5% rework due to errors or non-compliance.
Strict adherence to safety and quality standards across all site activities.
Accurate and timely submission of daily/weekly reports and documentation.
