Site Driver at Felton Energy Services Ltd (FESL)

About the Role:

• The Site Coaster Bus Driver will be responsible for the safe transportation of staff, materials, and authorized personnel across the project site and to designated areas.
• The ideal candidate must demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and a strong commitment to safety.

Responsibilities:

• Operate the site coaster bus to transport staff and equipment as directed.
• Ensure the coaster bus is always clean, fueled, and in good operating condition.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report any faults or issues.
• Adhere strictly to traffic laws, project driving protocols, and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, vehicle servicing, and trip schedules.
• Assist with basic loading and unloading of materials when necessary.
• Communicate effectively with the transport coordinator and site manager.
• Report accidents, incidents, or delays promptly.

Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License (Class D or appropriate for coaster buses).
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a professional driver, preferably in a construction or oil & gas project environment.
• Familiar with vehicle maintenance procedures and basic troubleshooting.
• Good knowledge of road safety regulations and defensive driving techniques.
• Physically fit and able to work long hours or shifts as required.
