About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Showroom Manager to lead showroom operations, drive sales, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, supervise, and motivate showroom staff.
• Develop and implement sales and customer acquisition strategies.
• Drive showroom revenue, sales performance, and business growth.
• Oversee showroom operations, inventory, vehicle presentation, and customer experience.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, sales performance, and staff productivity.
• Coordinate daily sales, operational, and customer service activities.
• Represent the Company at automotive events, exhibitions, meetings, and other engagements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree/HND in a relevant field.
• 3–6 years of experience in the automobile industry.
• Proven experience in showroom management, sales, or business development.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Good knowledge of automobile sales and showroom operations.
• Results-driven with excellent organizational and analytical skills.
