Short Term Medical Officer at Tabitha Medical Center

Role Description

• This is a short-term, full-time Medical Officer role based on-site in Abuja.
• The Medical Officer will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, diagnosing and treating illnesses, performing minor procedures, and assisting with surgeries.
• They will collaborate closely with consultants and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive medical services, including contributing to patient education and participating in clinical training sessions.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Medicine and Patient Care, with a strong focus on diagnosis, treatment, and management of medical conditions
• Skills in conducting and assisting in minor surgeries and medical procedures
• Experience in working collaboratively with Physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide quality patient care
• Ability to contribute to Training programs and participate in medical education initiatives
• Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills
• Valid medical license and registration with relevant professional bodies
• Prior experience in a healthcare facility is an advantage
