Shop Floor Managers at Sales Force Consulting

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the activities of the shop floor staff
• Interface with elite clients for increased patronage
• Create and ensure memorable customer experience outcomes
• Oversee business growth and market share expansion
• Proactive about stock replenishment and general procurements
• Institute controls to plug exploitable loopholes on the shop floor
• Personnel management and general administration of the outlet
• Ensure all assets are in good working condition in the outlet

Qualifications

• Degree/HND
• At least two to four years work experience in a similar role
• Prior experience in managing supermarkets or malls is required

Other Conditions:

• Ideal candidates should presently reside in Onitsha or can easily procure accommodation
• Females are preferred
• They should be ready to be interviewed PHYSICALLY in Onitsha within days
• Ability to work long hours
