Shipment Coordinator at Scruples Resources

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate logistics activities related to customer orders and shipments.
• Liaise with Sales, Customer Service, Dispatch, Warehouse, and Shipping/Receiving teams.
• Respond to customer inquiries and assist with investigating service-related complaints. 
• Input, update, consolidate, and communicate ETA and shipping information to relevant business units.
• Analyze customer load information to verify appropriate routes, rates, and schedules.
• Coordinate shipment schedules with vendors and service providers. 
• Support logistics optimization and continuous improvement of work processes.
• Maintain accurate logistics records and ensure timely communication of shipment updates.
• Serve as a key contact point when engaging with government officers and relevant stakeholders.
