Shift Production Supervisor at Agen Industries

Description

• The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring daily production targets and quality requirements are met.
• Capable of fixing minor mechanical machine breakdowns through quick parts replacements during day or night shifts to reduce downtime.
• Ensure discipline amongst lower cadre production staff to ensure company production targets are met.
• Should have a good understanding of factory production workflows.

Requirements

• B.Sc Degrees / HND in Production or Mechanical Engineering from a reputable tertiary institution in Nigeria.
• 3-5 years experience is required.
• Applicants must be learned with strong analytic and problem solving skills.
• Applicants will be tested and interviewed on their level of understanding.
• Applicants Must clearly state their Skill Set, What Can You Do?. This is what matters to us.
• Age between 25-35yrs.
• Must be willing to Relocate to Benin or already residing in Benin.
• You must be smart in thinking.
• Marital Status: Preferably Single.
