Shift Mechanical Supervisor at 21 Search Ltd

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of factory plants and machineries through prevention of panels from dusts, etc.
• Ensure effective preventive and corrective maintenance on all mechanical parts of machines.
• Suggest the right tools and materials to be used in ensuring proper performance of machines
• Ensure regularly check of all belt conveyors/chain conveyors/oven stones rails conveyor/modular conveyors/bearings/rollers/sprockets and sprockets drive chain/lifter chains/mixers/pre-mix and meat cutting and blending machines/compressor air/water treatment /power plant /gas station/ovens/mechanical doors and loading bridge/weighing scales/hand pallet jack.
• Ensure regular checks are carried out on all meat/blending machines, heavy and soft motors working Amp, to provide safety measures.
• Inspect machine parts to detect surface defects and provide details on how to troubleshoot them.

Requirements

• First Degree or its equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Membership of NSE and COREN certified is added advantage
• Minimum of 5 years practical and job-relevant experience in a well-structured FMCG.
