Job Description

• We are seeking a proactive and reliable Shift Manager to oversee daily operations during assigned shifts.
• As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining operational efficiency.
• This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills and a hands-on approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee staff during scheduled shifts to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor employee performance and provide guidance or training when necessary
• Ensure customer satisfaction and promptly resolve any complaints
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and daily cash reconciliation
• Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards are maintained
• Report shift activity to management and support general operations

Requirements

• Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc in any relevant field
• 1 – 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role (preferably in [e.g., hospitality, retail, QSR)
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Word, Excel, etc.)
