Job Summary 

• We're seeking an experienced and dynamic Shift Manager to lead our team at our restaurant in Lagos Island. 
• The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership:

• Supervise and motivate shift staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high service standards.
• Conduct staff training and development programs.

Operations:

• Manage daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols.

Customer Service:

• Handle customer complaints and feedback.
• Foster a customer-centric culture.

Inventory Management:

• Monitor inventory levels and minimize waste.

Scheduling:

• Create and manage staff schedules.

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years in restaurant management.
• Education: HND or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.

Skills:

• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and time management.
• Ability to work under pressure.
