Shift-in-charge Electrical -Power Plant at Ascentech Services Limited

Job Summary:

• We are seeking an experienced and skilled Shift-in-Charge Electrical to lead our power plant operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of the power plant's electrical systems during their assigned shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Oversight:

• Monitor and control electrical systems, including generators, transmission lines, and distribution systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

Leadership:

• Lead a team of electrical operators and technicians during assigned shifts.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to team members.

Troubleshooting and Maintenance:

• Identify and troubleshoot electrical system issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities.

Communication:

• Communicate effectively with operations, maintenance, and management teams.
• Provide regular updates on plant operations, issues, and concerns.

Safety and Compliance:

• Ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
• Comply with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.

Requirements:

Education:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

Experience:

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in power plant operations or a similar role.
• Proven experience in electrical system operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, power plant operations, and safety protocols.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
