Shift Electrical Supervisor at 21 Search Ltd

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of factory plants and machineries through prevention of panels from dusts, etc.
• Ensure effective preventive and corrective maintenance on all electrical parts of machines
• Suggest the right tools and materials to be used in ensuring proper performance of machines
• Ensure regular checks are conducted on conveyor belts/chain conveyor/oven stone conveyor/modular conveyor/bearings/ rollers /sprocket drive chain /lifter chain and mixer hydraulic system
• Ensure regular checks are carried out on all meat/blending machines, heavy and soft motors working Amp, to provide safety measures
• Align, fit, or assemble component parts using hand or power tools and all electrical tools/instruments
• Inspect machine parts to detect surface defects and provide details on how to troubleshoot them.

Requirements

• First Degree or its equivalent in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Membership of NSE and COREN certified is added advantage
• Minimum of 5 years practical and job-relevant experience in a well-structured FMCG.
