Role Description

• This is a full-time hybrid role for a SharePoint Support Intern, based in Lekki, with opportunities to work remotely as needed.
• The role involves assisting in SharePoint administration and design, troubleshooting technical issues related to SharePoint, and supporting various information technology needs.
• The SharePoint Support Intern will work collaboratively with the IT team to enhance platform functionality, address user queries, and contribute to process improvements through technology.

Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge of SharePoint Administration and SharePoint Designer
• Experience with SharePoint and related tools
• Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve technical challenges
• Basic understanding of Information Technology concepts and systems
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
• Proactive and detail-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn
• Previous experience or familiarity with enterprise environments is a plus
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
