Service Owner at Parkway Project Limited

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate product data and continuous improvement.
• Handle product administration (KYC, onboarding, configurations, etc.).
• Collaborate with Product and Production teams on updates, feature launches, and system setups.
• Manage obsolete products and implement process improvements.
• Support customer feedback collection and product enablement.
• Strengthen communication between product and user-facing teams.

Requirements

• 2–3 years in product management or similar role in a fintech industry.
• Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office.
• Strong time management, multitasking, and communication skills.
