Service In-Charge  at Lorache Consulting Limited

Our client, a plastics company with branches across different states, needs an individual who is going to ensure that products produced during shifts meet required standards and quality.
 Location: Plant Ojota 

 Responsibilities :

• Overall service drive.
• Manage Customers Local & Upcountry.
• Manage Team Local & Upcountry.
• Drive the team to achieve targets.
• Support technically in case of problem-solving.
• TAT (Turn Around Time) should be 90% <48 hours.
• Manpower Planning.
• control on expenses.
• Revenue drive

 Required Knowledge, Skills and qualification :

• Minimum educational standard: B. Sc/HND/ OND in Electrical Electronics or relevant discipline.
• Minimum of 9 to10 Years’ related experience in Consumer Electrical & electronics. 
• Technical Know-How of Product
• Should be ready to make quick calls and quick visits as an emergency arises and need be.
• Previous experience in the following organizations: SIMS, FMCL, HPZ and Fouani will be an added  advantage
