Service Delivery Technical Manager - Drill Bits at Baker Hughes

As a Service Delivery Technical Manager you will manages future business strategic plans and portfolio of products and services. You will be responsible to perform services on customers' sites. You will be responsible to perform technical studies, new design to attend to our customer needs.

As a Service Delivery Technical Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Owning the resolution of post-sales technical customer issues. Level 1,2,3 Technical Support – Resolves post sales Technical Issues.
• Providing the technical depth required to resolve an issue increases, the “level” of skill set increases
• Presenting product/program strategies, technical roadmaps, risks and recommendations to senior leads (EB and SEB) across Baker Hughes.
• Handling complex medium term project processes, by defining different departmental approaches and variety due to customization of client needs
• Communicating to Engineering and Technology organization on issues and lessons learned related to different technologies
• Handling important business unit clients. Complex processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics.
• Have understanding of PL technology and Service Delivery requirements.
• Have at least 5 years’ of relevant experience in Drill Bits.
• Be able to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to all individuals of all levels of experience
• Have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills. Be able to analyze and resolve problems
• Have the ability to lead, document, plan, market, and execute programs/ projects
