Job description

The service delivery, project and channel management positions are designed to guarantee seamless operations of the company’s activities with a view to promoting effectiveness, efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Service Delivery & Project Management

External:

• Monitor services delivered to clients with a view to meeting SLAs
• Monitor contract and invoice customers on contract renewal
• Coordinate and review quarterly performance management reports/ reviews from customers with a view to promoting customer satisfaction
• Monitor and manage all external IT related projects from start to finish
• Manage and provide reports on project teams and customers expectation/business goal.

Internal:

• Monitor and manage all internal IT related projects from start to finish
• Supervise the development and advancement of BluDive’s IT infrastructure

Channel Management:

• Manage all partner OEMs (IBM, DELL, VMware, Hitachi, Cisco)
• Provide requirements for each partnership level competencies for each OEMs
• Provide periodic updates on events, training activities, incentives.
• Coordinate company’s staffs activities( trainings and exams) to meet partnership objectives under each OEMs
• Understand and manage opportunity registrations, bonuses and incentives for OEMs
• Ensure periodic partner compliance with OEM partner agreements/requirements
• Establish productive and professional relationships with channel management of each OEMs

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in any discipline
• 5 years cognate work experience

Added Advantages:

• Master’s degree in any management related course
• Project management certification

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦600,000.00 - ₦900,000.00 per month

Education:

• Undergraduate (Preferred)

Experience:

• Service Delivery Management: 5 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Project management certification (Preferred)
