Record, update, enter and prepare all service-related reports / documentation and share them with the appropriate persons
Liaise with the Warranty coordinator and the Warehouse supervisor to get needed items and information for service jobs to be done by the technicians and inform the technicians of same
Update the Warranty Coordinator of all technician's daily activities and share files of jobs done as timely as possible.
Liaise with the Service manager and the Warranty Coordinator to get the schedule of service jobs and inform the technicians assigned to each job of same.
Job Requirements
Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with 0 - 1 year work experience.
