• Work closely with the content team to produce and refine high-quality, SEO-optimized content that aligns with Sycamore’s brand voice and business objectives.
• Perform technical SEO audits and recommend fixes for website issues.
• Collaborate with developers to enhance website speed, mobile usability, and core web vitals, ensuring an optimized and seamless user experience.
• Design and execute targeted link-building strategies to strengthen domain authority and improve search rankings.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics, using insights to refine strategies and inform key stakeholders of progress and results.
• Keep abreast of competitor SEO strategies and industry trends to help maintain Sycamore’s competitive positioning.
• Partner with teams across content, social media, and product development to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all relevant projects.
• Stay informed of the latest SEO trends and best practices, continuously testing new strategies to enhance Sycamore’s digital presence and performance

Requirements

• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist
• In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices and ranking factors.
• Experience in content marketing is a plus.
