Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Turner to join our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating turning machines to produce high-quality components and parts.

Key Responsibilities

• Machine Operation: Operate turning machines, including CNC and manual lathes, to produce components and parts to specified tolerances and quality standards.
• Programming and Setup: Program and set up turning machines, including writing and editing CNC programs, and adjusting machine parameters to optimize production efficiency and quality.
• Quality Control: Inspect and test components and parts to ensure they meet quality and tolerance standards, and make adjustments to machine settings as needed.

Requirements

• Apprenticeship or Equivalent Experience: Completion of a recognized apprenticeship program or equivalent experience in a turning or machining environment.
