Role Overview

• The Senior Technician is responsible for ensuring the reliable operation, maintenance, and repair ofmaterial handling equipment, including forklifts, reach trucks, and other intralogistics machines deployed at client sites.
• The role focuses on maximizing fleet uptime, reducing repair turnaround time, and maintaining high service quality standards in line with the operational procedures and safety standards.
• The Senior Technician also supports troubleshooting of complex equipment issues and provides guidance to junior technicians where required.

Qualifications

• Diploma, Higher National Diploma (HND), or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline such as:
• Mechanical Engineering
• Electrical Engineering
• Mechatronics Engineering
• Automotive Engineering
• Electromechanical Engineering
• Industrial Maintenance Engineering
• Heavy Equipment Maintenance
• 5+ years of hands-on experience servicing:
  • forklifts
  • material handling equipment
  • construction vehicles and heavy equipment (e.g. telehandlers, loaders, excavators)
  • industrial machinery
• Experience with electric forklifts and traction batteries is strongly preferred.
