Senior Technical Services Supervisor (HVAC) at Doheney Services Ltd

Purpose:

• We are seeking an experienced and skilled HVAC Expert specializing in chiller installation to join our team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of chiller systems in various industrial and commercial environments.
• The role requires a deep understanding of HVAC systems, strong technical skills, and the ability to lead installation projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

Chiller System Installation:

• Lead the installation of chiller systems.
• Ensure all installations are compliant with safety standards, and manufacturer specifications.

System Testing and Commissioning:

• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning of chiller systems to verify their proper operation.
• Adjust system settings for optimal performance and energy efficiency.
• Document and report all testing and commissioning activities.

Maintenance and Troubleshooting:

• Conduct regular maintenance on chiller systems to ensure efficient operation and prevent downtime.
• Diagnose and repair malfunctions in chiller systems, using diagnostic tools and industry best practices.

Safety and Compliance:

• Adhere to all company safety protocols and industry regulations.
• Ensure that all installations and repairs comply with environmental standards and building codes.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in HVAC, with a focus on chiller system installation and maintenance.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale chiller installation projects.
• Expertise in the installation, and maintenance of chiller systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
