Senior Store Account Supervisor at JMG

Brief Description

Plan, coordinate and Control all JMG/Jamara Productions and GRN posting nationwide, implement and maintain all stores and warehouses policies and procedures.

Duties

• Coordinate JMG / JAMARA production postings with related departments and branches.
• Coordinate JMG / JAMARA GRN with related departments and branches.
• Audit monthly stocks ledger for month-end reporting; reconciling variances GRN and deliveries not invoiced and negative qty on inventory.
• Monitor all purchase orders and additional charges.
• MO checking before locking to ensure MO is ended without error.
• Comparison of MO lock and TB MO to ensure proper closure.
• Preparation of monthly reports on productions and GRN, ageing of open MO’s, and weekly Bank stocks.
• Supervise all JMG/JAMARA GRN officers as well. 
• Maintain and implement JMG and Jamara production and GRN policies and procedures.
• Attend to all other requests from HOD.
