Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior SME Loan Officer based in Nigeria.
• The Senior SME Loan Officer will be responsible for evaluating and approving loan applications, managing loan origination processes, underwriting loans, and providing customer service to clients.
• The role involves fostering strong client relationships, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and meeting lending targets to support the growth of SMEs.

Qualifications

• Expertise in loan origination, underwriting, and financial analysis
• Experience as a Loan Officer or in a similar financial role
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills
• Understanding of SME lending practices and financial solutions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment and achieve lending targets
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Experience working in a microfinance or banking environment is a plus
