    Senior Sales Manager

    Job Summary

    • A highly experienced Sales Manager with a track record of exceeding targets leads the sales team, develops strategic plans, and builds client relationships to drive revenue growth.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies.
    • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve goals.
    • Identify new business opportunities and markets.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
    • Prepare sales forecasts and reports.
    • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

    Measurable KPIs

    • Revenue growth percentage.
    • Client acquisition rate.
    • Client retention rate (>85%).
    • Meeting or exceeding quarterly/annual sales targets.
    • Sales pipeline conversion rate.

    Qualifications & Certifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
    • 7+ years of experience in sales, with proven leadership in construction or related sectors.
    • Certifications in Advanced Sales Techniques or Strategic Selling (e.g., Certified Professional Sales Person - CPSP) are advantageous.
    • Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
