    Senior Sales Manager

    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead our products sales efforts within the Nigerian construction industry. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Nigerian construction landscape and a proven track record of success in driving sales growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with SANY Nigeria's business objectives, focusing on the construction industry.
    • Sales Leadership: Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to achieve sales targets.
    • Business Development: Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the construction sector, leveraging strong industry relationships and market insights.
    • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the construction industry, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their specific needs.
    • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities to drive growth.
    • Sales Performance Management: Track and analyze sales performance metrics, including revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction, to identify areas for improvement.
    • Team Management: Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
    • Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of SANY's products, their features, benefits, and applications, to effectively communicate their value proposition to customers.
    • Industry Networking: Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and generate new leads.
    • Risk Management: Implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks associated with sales operations, such as credit risk and product liability.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and business development within the construction industry in Nigeria.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
    • Strong understanding of the Nigerian construction market, including key players, trends, and regulatory landscape.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
    • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
    • Willingness to travel within Nigeria as required.
