    Senior Sales Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Responsibilities include developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of new clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.
    • The Business Development Manager needs to liaise between customers and cross-functional internal remote teams to ensure the timely and successful execution of our solutions according to customer needs.
    • Develop new partners and accounts and maintain favorable relationships with clients and partners.
    • Responsible for the growth of revenue in new customers within the African Market.

    Qualifications

    • Proven 8 years work experience in Enterprise software, consulting, and services sales.
    • Proven business development management track record
    • Demonstrated achievement in driving new business activities and achieving targets.
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including Executive and C-level.
    • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
    • Requires a bachelor's degree (but preferably a master’s degree) in area of specialty or equivalent work experience.
    • A minimum of 8 years of experience in Enterprise software, consulting, and services sales.
    • Familiar with a variety of financial services (Banking and Insurance) software concepts, practices, and procedures.
