Senior Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities (in Summary)
- Plan and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Manage, coach, and motivate the sales team to improve performance.
- Track sales activities and reports using CRM tools.
- Work with other departments and handle key client negotiations.
Major Requirements
- B.Sc./ HND in Marketing, Business Administration or any related discipline.
- A higher degree may be an added advantage.
- Minimum of six years’ progressive beverage industry sales experience with at least three years in a leadership role.
- Knowledge of route-to-market Pan-Nigeria.
