Senior Sales and Commercial Lead at Precise Lighting

What You'll Do

• Originate and close high-value B2B and project opportunities.
• Build relationships with developers, contractors, architects, MEP consultants, corporates, hospitality and institutional clients.
• Develop strategic partnerships, reseller, agent, merchant and referral channels.
• Build and manage a strong, CRM-backed opportunity pipeline.
• Lead major proposals, negotiations and commercial structuring.
• Drive cross-selling across Lighting, HVAC, Electrical Solutions, Lifts & Escalators and related solutions.
• Coach sales resources and strengthen sales-process discipline.
• Work with Finance, Procurement and Operations to improve conversion, collection and delivery.

You Should Have

• 7–10+ years of proven B2B, technical, project or institutional sales experience.
• A verifiable record of personally originating and closing substantial deals.
• Strong relationships with senior decision-makers and project stakeholders.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Strong CRM and pipeline-management discipline.
• Experience in HVAC, electrical, elevators, MEP, construction, building systems or industrial products is highly preferred.
