Responsible for overseeing the financial and contractual aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Communication: Collaborating with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure effective project execution.
Budgeting and Cost Control: Managing project expenses, tracking costs, and ensuring budget adherence.
Requirements
Minimum of HND or BSc in Quantity Surveying
4+ years of core experience as a Quantity Surveyor, or a related field.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft office project
Must be able to use AutoCad or Revit and any QS Software (e.g. planswift)
Strong valuation skills
Ability to work with little or no supervision
Can take meaningful decisions alone
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
A professional certification is an added advantage.
