Job Summary

As our senior project manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex engineering projects from inception to completion. This role involves overseeing all aspects of  project execution, including project planning, resource allocation, budgeting, timeline management,  and risk  mitigation.  

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of detailed project plans, including scope definition, project goals, timelines, resource allocation, and budgeting.
• Supervise and mentor project teams, providing guidance, support, and expertise to ensure tasks are completed according to plan.
•  Act as the main point of contact between the client, project team, and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication regarding project status, risks, and changes.
•  Identify potential project risks, including technical, financial, and operational risks, and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in mechanical engineering, civil engineering, project management, construction management, or any other relevant field of study. (M.Sc. /M.Eng.  /MBA is an added advantage).
• Globally recognized Project Management Certificate e.g. PMP is required.
• Relevant professional qualification(s) and membership (COREN, PMI, etc.).
• Minimum of 10 years in project management, with at least 3-5 years in a senior or leadership role managing complex EPC projects.

Salary: 

• NGN 34,000,000 - NGN 42,000,000 Gross Annually
