Senior Programme Officer at Young Men’s Christian Association (YMCA)

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strategic partnerships
• Recruit and manage association’s membership
• Develop project proposals and secure funding
• Oversee budgets implementation and grant monitoring
• Ensure programme performance and impact
• Identify commercial opportunities and manage inherent risks
• Collaborate with development agencies and other organizations
• Represent YMCA at events and NGOs networks program
• Supervise Programme Officers

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Science, Administration, Development, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• 5+ years of experience, including 3 in a similar role
• Aged 30-45 years
